Limegate were undergoing an office move which involved many technical aspects that needed to be completed. Our requirements were to complete this seamlessly, taking over their IT and telephony from an outgoing company and providing IT support so that Limegate could focus on the smooth day-to-day running of their business. We also had the objective to improve their cyber security posture, ensuring that they weren’t under threat from cyber-attacks.

What were the challenges faced?
There were already outgoing providers for IT Support and VoIP services, meaning that the implementation of the new infrastructure had to include a transfer over from old systems to the new ones. There also had to be a limited amount of downtime during the office move (a period without internet connectivity), due to Limegate having to operate their business alongside our services.
How were these challenges overcome?
To ensure that Limegate themselves did not have to contact outgoing suppliers, our team at Cyan IT handled this responsibility. This allowed the team at Limegate to carry on their daily operations, eliminating any stress. In order for the office move to be seamless, we carried out extensive preparation beforehand so that the office space and the equipment were ready from day one on the project.
